Vanilla Salt began in a home kitchen with a simple belief: that the way a treat is made matters as much as the way it tastes. We bake in small batches, with real butter, good chocolate and recipes refined one taste test at a time.
What started with a few doughnuts has grown into a menu full of little joys: cakes, doughnuts, pastries, cookies, drinks and celebration cakes made to order. Everything still leaves the kitchen the same day it is baked.
